Side Kitch’s meal prep is based on eating with intention and is designed to balance yourself. The idea is to focus on eating healthier by cutting out dairy, refined sugar, MSG, alcohol and most importantly the things you are allergic to. The meals are focused on eating nutrient rich food like fish, meat, eggs, fresh produce, fruits and natural ingredients.
I have lived in LA my entire life. I know our community has very different days, experiences, and workloads. People need food that fits around their life, without compromising on nutrition. Side Kitch empowers you to balance yourself through food, and to live your life without restrictions. Your journey to a better you starts with a first step.
GO AT YOUR OWN PACE
Commitment is important to your success. However, as we are all human if you feel like taking a few weeks off, that’s OK too. One week you might feel like eating clean. Another week you will feel off and crave sugar. Listen to your body and be mindful. We want you to be healthy, not miserable.
My meal plan is designed for you to go at your own pace. So, whether you want to jump all in, or take it at a few meals a week we’ve got something that’ll work for you. Our nutritiously dense, well-balanced meals will help you with weight management, digestion, and increase your energy. They will lead to clearer skin, more effective workouts, better sleep, and improved overall health.

MEAL PREP FAQ
Rolan will send a weekly menu before Thursday for Monday’s delivery.
Cut off time is Friday for Monday’s delivery
There is a 10 meal minimum order for delivery.
Please note, anything outside of Los Angeles incurs an additional cost.

We deliver every Monday from 11 am to 6pm depending on location.
Cooler bags can be picked up on the next delivery date.
Most meals last up to 5 days, any “time-sensitive” meals will be labeled.
